Q.    If and when you need to buy parts for repairs are they delivered or do you charge extra for travel time?

A.    In most circumstances parts are delivered free of charge direct to our workshop. So the simple answer is NO!

Q.    Automotive Professionals have fixed price servicing, I need to budget for my car servicing. So will you guarantee that the price is firm?

A.    YES! Most work is quoted up front, our staff will if you require, supply you with a written quotation.

Q.    What methods of payment do you accept?

A.    All accounts need to be settled at the completion of the job. We accept major Credit Cards, Checks and Cash.

Q.    You do offer warranty on the work you do?

A.    Yes! All of Frank's Auto Garage servicing and repairs are fully guaranteed.

Q.    Is you workshop set up do complete all kinds of repairs?

A.    Yes! We not only offers full motor repairs and servicing, our workshop is fully equipped for repairs and servicing.

Q.    Does Frank's Auto Garage do repair work I have been told you concentrate manly on servicing?

A.    That is a misconception, We do strongly promote lube and servicing as an intricate part of our business. However our workshop is fully equipped to handle all types of mechanical repairs and we only employ fully qualified and highly trained technicians.

Q.   I have been to workshops that place unsupervised apprentices to work on my vehicle, the current dealer I have been using tells me that it is common practice but the work is checked. I would prefer to have a motor mechanic/technicians that is fully qualified?

A.    Yes! We only employ fully qualified Motor technicians that complete work on vehicles that entre our workshop you can be assured of that! However from time to time apprentices are shown how work is to be done and requested to assist in the performing of tasks. It is important that our young people are taught the trade and we continue their training with internal and external training courses.

Q.    I took my car to a dealer to complete a few small repairs and while there I talked with a worker (motor Mechanic) and he tells me that he only contracts to the company? Are your people full time employees or do you use contractors?

A.    We are mechanics/technicians staff are all employees, not contractors.

Q.   What time do you start and what are your normal operating hours?

A.   We open the doors every weekday morning at 8:00am to 6:00pm, however should you need to drop a vehicle before that arrangements can be made to assist you? We are also open on Saturdays from 8:00am to 2pm and Closed on Sundays.

Q.    Is your workshop open on Public Holidays?

A.    It Varies! But on some occasions, exceptions to the rule can apply. It is a good idea to ask when you next visit or call us at:  210-496-6400

Q.    How do you price or charge for your work?

A.    I understand the question, however it relates to what type of work you require?  We go out of our way and strive to ensure you are offered a fixed price up front, on all work. It is always best if possible to bring the vehicle in to the workshop for evaluation.
